Palm-ID Card parts<\/h2>\n

The Palm-ID Card consists of the following components: a palm scanner, a controller, a SIC and a card reader.<\/p>\n

The card reader reads the template (encrypted image) from the card and transmits it.<\/span><\/div>\n

The palm scanner then reads the offered palm, and sends it to the controller as a template.<\/p>\n

The controller compares the offered, physical palm to the template on the card.<\/p>\n

The SIC communicates with the card reader and the Recogtech controller. If there is a match, the SIC sends a badge ID to the access control system by a pre-programmed protocol (Wiegand or OSDP), to the door controller. The access control system takes over and informs the door controller with the rules and rights for this person. After this, the door controller will act conform.<\/span><\/div>\n

Palm-ID Card accessories<\/h2>\n

As accessory, amongst others, we offer a Palm-ID registration kit. This tabletop model is easy to transport, and you can register palms on the user card at multiple locations. The pattern is not saved as an image: it is immediately encoded and stored digitally on the card as a registered template.<\/p>\n

We also offer a Card programming station (Delta HF Mouse). With a PC and the right programming software, you write the application on the card, including card key structure so templates can be written on the cards.<\/span><\/div>\n
