Each individual palm has unique vein patterns that are effortlessly scanned by an infrared camera. Because veins are deep under the skin, as opposed to on the surface, Palm-ID offers an exceptionally high level of fraud resistance, far surpassing methods such as fingerprint recognition.<\/p>\n

<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n

Keep it safe and simple with Palm-ID. The system’s database and software are stored solely on the controller, eliminating the need for additional software or database installations on the existing IT and security network. Moreover, the controller is separated from the scanner and installed on the inside of the building, optimising security. The system can be easily configured via the web interface provided.<\/span><\/div>\n

Palm-ID parts<\/h2>\n

The Palm-ID consists of two parts: a palm scanner and a controller.<\/p>\n

The palm scanner allows individual users to access rooms or data for which they have authorisation. The scanner registers the vein pattern of the offered palm, which is transmitted to the controller as a template.<\/p>\n

The controller contains the database in which the authorised persons and their unique biometric identifiers are stored. The controller compares the vein pattern of each scanned palm with the encrypted data in the database in real time. In case of a match, a signal is sent to a relay to be connected to control the door.<\/p>\n

Palm-ID accessories<\/h2>\n
Various accessories are available for the Palm-ID. As an accessory, we offer, amongst other things, a Palm-ID registration kit. This tabletop model is easy to transport, so that you can register people in multiple locations. You capture the vein pattern in the user’s palm once. The pattern is not saved as an image: it is immediately encoded and stored digitally as a registered template.<\/span><\/div>\n
